There’s so much to say on this topic and how it relates to being successful.

The perspective I’d like to take on this today, with you, is to illuminate how powerful it is when you create focus and simplicity in your work.

There’s a caveat here: Simplicity does NOT equal easy :).

If you’re scrambling in your role or business and not seeming to get the traction you want, an injection of clarity can help.

I help Business Owners and Leaders create a positive social impact through their business by helping them to grow and be sustainable.

Our current reality is the sum of our actions and decisions.

If some of those actions and decisions are not aligned to a single focus or destination then it’s a little like throwing spaghetti against the wall and seeing what sticks.

Clarity in what you need to do each day or week to get you closer to a goal is powerful.

Clarity and simplicity in your processes is a powerful combination to get any person or business accelerating forward.

Having clear direction using a simple process provides you with knowing step-by-step what to do or what your team needs to do.

I was working with a couple of clients on this concept recently. They each wanted to reach a new market ie. a new ‘type’ of client and were unsure how to do it.

So, we looked at and built step-by-step a simple process to use to reach out to this new market.

Simple. Clear.

The clarity that having a step-by-step process brought to their initiative was game-changing. They could ‘hit the ground running’ now using their process.

It’s like when the fog lifts, you can see the landscape clearly and see much further off in the distance.

That’s the power of clarity.

Here are some steps that could be useful:

1) Consider a particular goal or initiative you are striving for.

2) Break down the steps you would need to take to get there - preferably daily or weekly steps.

3) Execute your plan.

4) Tweak and adjust along the way as you execute, if needed.

That’s the power of clarity. You lift the fog in your work; you increase your ability to look ahead and have a clear path.

NOW is YOUR time.
