A peer group coaching and learning experience for New Managers and Advancing Leaders who want to build their skills and capabilities, particularly those moving from individual contributors to managing others. This program helps to build confidence and self-efficacy in their role, understanding how to achieve results in a different landscape.

Milestone: Feel confident determining when to step in or step back when overseeing an individual's work, by assessing their readiness level. This helps develop, empower, and engage.

 

This is a customized journey with sessions conducted, ideally every two weeks. This program can be delivered in person or virtually (depending on location and disbursement of the participants). Program length is recommended to be minimum 6 months. Topics and length can be customized to your company’s needs.
