What are you bringing into YOUR year-end?

In a year that has felt like five, if you are self-employed or a business leader, you’ve had to have ninja-like mental agility in order to roll with what has come your way. And, well, even if you aren’t in those categories, so many others have had to have this ability too.

So, how you are you feeling now?

Are you tired? Exhausted?

Wanting some calm waters to move forward in?

Or are you taking things in stride, feeling ok, optimistic about better days ahead?

Or you can be both.

Whatever camp you’re in - or both! - this is a great time to reflect on where YOU are right now - and I don’t mean physically, but your head space.

As we’re here in the final weeks of 2020, what’s most important to you right now? In the midst of focussing on year-end, I want to encourage you to consider identifying for YOU what is most important to you right now.

And, in the different areas of your life, what are the priorities?

This time of year can be busy with so many things and the current climate can take up valuable mental energy so making space to go inward and reflecting on your vital priorities over the next few weeks can help you stay focused, get clear on your important items, and in doing so, it reduces the potential for other things to de-rail you from your most important actions.

I encourage you to consider this exercise across the different roles for you right now: both personally and professionally.

YOU get to decide how you finish this year and what kind of mental energy you want to bring to your important priorities.

Me?

I’ve found the 24x7 Holiday radio channels. Yes, I know it’s only November. But they make me happy. So, that’s one small thing I’m prioritizing - things that bring me a spark of joy and happiness. I’m infusing that joy, enthusiasm & gratitude into the mental energy I want to bring to my work, my clients, and for me….and to all of my most important priorities to end the year.

You?

NOW is YOUR time.
