Your Mission and decision-making

Are you making decisions aligned with your Mission?

First off, do you have a clear sense of your mission now? If you’re a business owner, what is your business’ mission?

If you’re a leader, what is your personal mission for leadership? What are you trying to accomplish in your organization? Is it aligned to your company’s mission?

If you are clear on your mission, then that’s the first step to ensuring that your decision-making is aligned and you move each day to fulfill your mission.

My mission: To help Leaders and Business Owners grow and build valuable businesses so they have time & financial freedom to enjoy life.

I know that my daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly decisions need to all lead me to this end.

It supports the tools and supports I provide to my clients.

It supports my marketing and how I talk about my services.

It supports my decisions in how I spend my time.

And, most of all, how I prioritize my projects.

Reflect on your mission now - personal or professional. Don’t worry about having it articulated in a nice neat sentence or two.

Then, consider your calendar, projects and items in front of you know. Which are aligned and which aren’t?

Put more of your attention towards the things that are most aligned.

As you take actions towards these, you’ll find your momentum begin to increase, fulfilling your Mission.

NOW is YOUR time,

Ariana
