If you’re like many Business Owners and Founders, you’ve found a way to delegate to your team members.

What I hear, however, is sometimes you feel like you’re doing a great job and other times it feels like you and your team member are speaking two different languages.

If you feel your delegation is hit or miss, don’t worry, I’ve got a resource for you!

First, why is it important that we delegate in our businesses?

I suspect you know the answer to this already.

We can’t do everything ourselves, even if we wanted to. AND, it actually detracts from the value of our business to do so.

What better way for the sum of the parts of your business to perform beyond your capabilities by delegating and having your team expand in their development and skills?

Did you know there can be different stages of delegation?

There’s a difference between delegating something complex and delegating a task that’s new to your employee/contractor.

There are three factors to consider when you’re delegating: the complexity of the task, the new-ness of the task to your employee/contractor and their skill level.

Once you’ve identified where you are, you can tailor your approach to your delegation.

Here’s a resource that I know will be helpful.

Enjoy, and I would love to hear what works for you!

NOW is YOUR time,

Ariana
