Create your sustainable business with these 3 things…

Does your life ever feel like a whirlwind and it’s passing you by?

It can be challenging to move forward on your life’s goals and dreams if you don’t make space for them.

Creating the conditions to live your life by design and build a business intentionally is not impossible amongst your other responsibilities.

But building a sustainable business takes time.

And it’s easy to become impatient.

But if you take the steps and put the structure in place, the rewards will start to show up - even before you‘re finished.

How?

Sustainability comes when your business is able to have more predictable revenue and is set up to handle growth without people burning out.

Your business can only grow to the extent that you as the owner or founder have capacity for growth. So in many cases if you are maxed out, this is where you’ll see flat revenues.

The key is finding ways to extend growth beyond you.

This can be done through:

Technology, services or products that don’t depend on you delivering them & support.

And when do you know when you need more support?

When you’re at capacity.

Expanding your own capacity allows for business growth. Because up to a certain point, you are driving that growth. Even when you have your own team involved in sales, you invest your sales skills and know-how into your team to help them grow and expand their capabilities. But you need the space (and capacity) to do that.

If you could shift ONE thing in your business right now - what would it be?

What would make a big difference in how you felt about your company and where it’s going?

If you’re a business owner with one or more team members, I have a couple of openings in September to work on these very things. If you want to see if I may be able to help you, let’s chat.

Hit reply or message me.

If you’re tired of letting the whirlwind of business pass you by - let’s see what’s possible for you.

NOW is YOUR time.
